Schedule Failed due to memory
Use DAX Studio to troubleshoot your measures and reduce the number of loops/rows your DAX formulas produce. The Italians have a couple of excellent videos on measure performance optimization.
This seems to be a Power Query rather than DAX issue

You are right, apologies for the oversight. Power Query also has diagnostics options. They are not as elegant as DAX studio but they still allow you to identify which transforms use up the most time (and potentially the most memory). Look for any merge transforms across large tables. There is a difference in performance depending on the direction of the merge between a large and a small table, for example.

All good, what is really throwing me is that in December the data was three times larger than it currently is and Service was able to load it in under an hour. Now loads fail and take four/five hours to do so, and on a much smaller dataset. To clarify, this smaller dataset is a subsection of the previous dataset and the pbix running in Service is the same which ran the query in under an hour in December.
