    Hi nphdiem95,

I found in this link of microsoft https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-refresh-data/#live-connections-and-directq....

It says "If there is no user interaction in a visualization, data is refreshed automatically approximately every hour. You can change that refresh frequency using the Scheduled cache refresh option, and set the refresh frequency."

The refresh mentioned above is for the dataset, not the visuals on the report.

Visuals on report page on Power BI service cannot be refreshed automatically. However, tiles on the dashboard can. So you can firstly pin the visuals from your report to a dashboard, and navigate to the dashboard on Power BI service. Then all the tiles will be refreshed automatically about every 15 minutes. For more details, you can refer to Tile Refresh. :smileyhappy:

Besides, I use pro trial. In terms of refresh performance, I wonder if there is any difference between free and pro service.

If pro trial expires and I have to use free service, can I schedule cache refresh automatically?

I don't there will be any difference in terms of the refresh in this scenario, as the Free users now have capabilities equivalent to Power BI Pro, except Peer-to-peer dashboard sharing, group workspaces (now called app workspaces), and analyze in Excel with Power BI apps.
