Power BI has something called persistent filters wherein if a report is saved using this option enables a user's previously selected filter options for the report he/she accessed gets saved. There is no function which can save these selections and apply globally to all future or select reports or dashboards.

Yes, I am aware of the persistent filter functionality. But this functionality is only for ONE combination (the last one the user selected). What we need is for the user to select & save multiple combinations. Example:
Slicers on the report: Country, Car
User selects: Country = United States, Car = Tesla [saves this selection as "My Selection - Tesla_US"]
User selects: Country = Canada, Car = BMW [saves this selection as "My Selection - BW_CAN"]
Later when user opens the reports, he/she can select between the pre-selected filter preferences:
