Saving Dataflow Not Working
Good afternoon, I know it has been a while, but I was on vacation for a few weeks there. I came back, and have been testing the dataflow every day for the last week or so. The error still happens whenever I try to save the changes to the dataflow, whethere that's a copy with adjustments or a copy directly out of production. Have there been any updates from the engineering team on what the cause of this issue is, or if they have a new estimated timeline for the fixes needed?
Hi , sleopol
Thanks for your quick response ! According to your description, you was on vacation for a few weeks and test the dataflow every day . And you still get the 500 error code . The 500 error code is caused by the server side .
So , You have to make sure that when you save the dataflow, it is not refreshing. Secondly, you can try to create a new dataflow with a small amount of data for testing to see if the problem is caused by a specific dataflow or all of them cannot be saved?
And for that you still encounter the 500 error code and If you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.
