Is it possible to save visual as image in dashboard? Thanks.

HI @ysapiyev,

Current power bi not support to direct pin visual as image tile to dashboard. I'd like to suggest you to submit an idea for this requirement.

In addition, you can also snip you visual graph and upload it to image site, then use add image tile feature to add it (publish image url) to dashboard.

Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng

This thread is out of date now @Anonymous

Saving a visual as an image is now a feature in Power BI

Indeed,

I found it on the online version. I was looking for it on the Desktop App.

Found also the blog entry announcing this feature:

I'm onboard with developing this feature. Also, powerpoint has an awesome feature that if you select multiple elements within the same page and you hit (ctrl+c), it automatically creates an image.png so you can (ctrl-v) anywhere.

The same should happen if you ctrl+c a visual within PBI.

How on earth is this not a fundamental feature of the tool?  This clearly is a financial decision, not a technical one.

If you have windows 7 onwards, the Snipping Tool is worth pinning to your task bar.  Its part of windows and is a great way to take easy screenshots of part of a screen.  You can find it by going to the Run command (Windows + R) and putting in 'snippingtool' (without quotes)

Is there other way?

More information about the use case would be helpful. There is also a "save as PowerPoint" option in the Service that you might be able to use.

I have dashboards with multiple graphs, and I need option to save that graph as image.

Well, you can always submit it as an Idea, or vote for it if it exists:
