Same report showing two different formats error

Hi

I am getting an extremely weird error, opening the exact same report, in the same location (sharepoint) using the same browser. Some of our users are seeing the total downtime card visual on the screenshots below with a time associated (PM OR AM) and some are seeing it without as a collective duration.

Any suggestions as to what could be causing such an error?

According to your description, Some of our users are seeing the total downtime card visual on the screenshots below with a time associated (PM OR AM) and some are seeing it without as a collective duration.This seems it may cause by the browser settings and Power Bi Service settings.
