    After searching I ended up at another question on the forum, which explains the same error (Cannot load file or assembly 'CefSharp.Core.dll'), although with installing PBI Desktop, and resolves it by upgrading from Windows 8 to W8.1.

    So I think the problem is, because you are refreshing in the service, the Gateway server you are using is running on Windows 8. You might wanna try upgrading that to Windows 8.1 and make sure the latest version of the Gateway is also running and then try refreshing again!

    Oh, you are right, sorry. I don´t paste the image, because, even if I change my explorers language, the message is in spanish, but this is the translate:
