Hi,
I've posted a dashboard with several visuals that i share with over 100 people.
Almost all users get to acess it flawlessly, but for one specif user, the dashboard visuals won't load and display the following error:
Resources Exceeded
This visual has exceeded the available resources. Try filtering to decrease the amount of data displayed.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

I have tried republishing, turning of RLS, posting a simpler dashboard but none worked.
I guess it might be something related to Power BI available resources to this specific user.
Did anyone get the same error?
Help!
Thks
Hi @raul1,
The shared dashboard will also occupation the data capacity of receiver. I think this issue may related to it, maybe you can ask him to clean him storage space to release the data capacity.
For detail information, you can take a look at below link:
Manage your data capacity (storage)
The top bar shows how much of your storage limit you’ve used.
The datasets and reports are separated onto two tabs:
Owned by Me: These are reports and datasets you’ve uploaded to your Power BI account, including service datasets such as Salesforce and Dynamics CRM. Owned by Others: Others have shared these reports and datasets with you.
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng
