Salesforce Reports App not Showing
Hi,
When I select "get data" in Power Bi Pro the only apps I see are Salesforce Sales Manager and Salesforce Sales Rep. When I first logged in I know I saw Salesforce Reports at one point, but it is not available. Any help is appreciated!

I make a test on my site with a pro account. Please check which way you get to the App source page.
Get Data->Service Content Packs
Get Data->Services(choose apps from online services)

Thank you for this. I tried choosing Service Content Packs and I do see salesforce reports, so I was selecting the wrong option.
When I select services I only see the Sales Manager and Sales Rep options, not the first one that shows in your answer. Is there a way through Power BI pro to get tables from Salesforce (I was able to do it using Power BI desktop)? Or does it only allow reports to be pulled?

Hi, as a workaround, maybe you can try to test your connection with a 3rd party connector, which pulls data directly from the SF objects API. I've tried windsor.ai, supermetrics and funnel.io. I stayed with windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options. In case you wonder, to make the connection first search for the Salesforce connector in the data sources list:
After that, just grant access to your Salesforce account using your credentials, then on preview and destination page you will see a preview of your Salesforce fields:
There just select the fields you need. It is also compatible with custom fields and custom objects, so you'll be able to export them through windsor. Finally, just select PBI as your data destination and finally just copy and paste the url on PBI --> Get Data --> Web --> Paste the url.

Hi Maggie,
The accepted solution refers to the old Power BI Service Content Packs interface, which is no longer used. Template apps are now installed through Apps and Get apps, although the original Salesforce Reports app may no longer be available.
If you need Salesforce tables and fields rather than a prebuilt app, Power BI Connector for Salesforce is another option. It lets you define the required objects, fields, and filters, connect the data to Power BI Desktop, and publish the resulting model to Power BI Service.
