Salesforce Refresh in Service not working with gateway

Hi,

we have a dataset that combines on-prem data with Salesforce data ( objects not reports ) in import mode. The refresh is correct from the desktop but when we schedulle the refresh from service ( with gateway )  the refresh ends without error but no data is retrieved from salesforce object.

We have installed corporate gateway, not personal gateway.

Hi  @Stratesys ,

You can install the power bi personal gateway, and after configuring the personal gateway in your data set, edit the credentials for each data source, and then set up a scheduled refresh for this data set.
