SVG panel not showing

Hello,

We're developing a report which includes a visualization in Synoptic Panel by OKViz. We have a SVG file which has tagged data:

Our SVG contains the circles (tagged data) and several numbers and letters that identify the axis of the chart. When we display the SVG on PBI Desktop it runs well and circles and both letters and numbers appear in the report . However, when  we upload the report to our workspace only the circles are shown. We tried the following:

• Tagging and giving an id to the letters and numbers. 
• Editing the SVG in several platforms like Ilustrator or online SVG editors.

Is this a bug of the workspaces or can this issue be solved?
