Is there a method to see SSRS reports directly in Power BI Service without converting them to Power BI ( .rdl to .pbix)?

There is no direct way to do this. You have to convert them to RDL first.

By deploying SSRS in Azure or other supported platforms and configuring its integration with Power BI Service, you can view SSRS reports in Power BI Service.You can check the link below for more information.
