SSO for Embedded reports in customer webapp hosted on P1 Capacity

We have some reports that are currently hosted on PBI Embedded A2 SKU and are looking to move them PBI Premimum P1 and take advanage of the Single-Sign On ability using master service accounts.  Can anyone help with guidance on this process ?  The MS KBs about this are anything but straight forward.
