I have a power bi dashboard that has a tile with either 0 and 1 according to the rule defined. I added an alert rule that send a mail to me whenever the tile has 1 on a daily basis. But I need to send the same mail to one or more people, which is dynamic ( I don't know the person before hand). How can that be set? I have tried connecting flow but flow mail also required hard typing the email address I want, but I want it to be dynamic.
Fo example, I am a sales manager, whenever a salesperson make a sale of above 100 units, I want to be notified by mail, and I want the same sale person to be notified too. Note: It moght be more than one salesperson per day
Hi @v-lid-msft,
Do we have any update or development on this? Video tutorials on using Power Automate to customize email content of PBI alerts only show deliberately typing in the email address of the recipient/s, but as described above, the goal is to send the auto-notification only to the concerned individual (e.g. if the rating for this person's service is below 50%, then send an alert to that person).
Here are 2 of the videos I watched on PBI alerts + Power Automate:

Hoping for some good news, and thanks!

Hi,
Just curious. Did you ever find a good solution to this problem?
Or submit a request I can up-vote?
Thanks.
Hi @hemkay ,
Sorry for that, Based on my research, it is not supported yet currently. We also not found an effective solution to meet your requirement, using flow can only take tile value from the alert but it means create multi visual and alert for each person, perhaps you can submit the requirement to ideas and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas
