SAP HANA increment refresh Error

HI, I am getting following error while setting incremental refresh in Power BI service fwhile Connecting to SAP HANA studio live views.

The query folding is working as I can see the native query in power Query. Also the refresh works perfectly in Power BI desktop with default values of RangeStart and RangeEnd. Can somebody help why this issue is happening?

    Just to add, the error is shown immediately. So it is not a time out error.

      Hi, kmmibrahim 

       

      I'm not sure whether you are using  April Power BI Gateway release which there is a related bug .

      It is recommended to use the latest version of the gateway first.

      gateway download

        I downloaded the latest version and installed it yesterday. Still same issue exists.
