SAP Business Warehouse Server on Power BI Gateway Server

I am trying to set up data source connection between SAP Business Warehouse Server database and Power BI Service using an on-prem gateway.  I am able to successfully connect from Power BI Desktop.   

Is there other set-up on the gateway to access SAP data?  The credentials and the datasource configuration is the same that I am using in Desktop.

Hi @msh1987 

Can you make sure that from your Power BI Gateway Server it can connect directly to the SAP Business Warehouse Server database?

You can log onto the Gateway server and try from there?

Do I install the Desktop client on the gateway server to verify that the gateway server can connect directly to the SAP Business Warehouse Server database?  Or is there another way?
