SAP BW Connection on power BI services Error ??

Hi All,

We are using direct query method in power bi desktop from the SAP BW. however we have generated the required reports in power bi Desktop and tried to publish on the power bi Services and created the new datasource connection in the services. unfortunatly the reports were not loading in the power services. we are encountering with the below errorrs. please help us to reslove the issue.

The gateway is either offline or could not be reached.

Hi @powerbiharsha ,

The error message indcates that this problem is caused by that the Gateway is offline, please restart the gateway and try again. Besides, we can check the log of Gateway.
