Row limit on Paginated Reports

Is there a limit on the number rows that a tablix can display in the Paginated Reports created through Power BI Report Builder ?

Also, is there a limitation to how many records can be displayed on the browser or exported ?

  • Hi , Hoping

According to the documentation, there is no limit on the number of rows that a tablix can display in the Paginated Reports created through Power BI Report Builder. In addition, the number of rows in a matrix visualization in Power BI is fixed and not scrollable.

For more information, you can refer to :
Tables, matrixes, and lists in Power BI Report Builder - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

And for the  limitation to how many records can be displayed on the browser or exported.

The answer is no, we don’t put any cap on the number of rows you can export from a paginated report in Power BI to Excel, CSV, or any of the formats we support.  The only limitation is the amount of memory that’s available for Paginated Reports in your Premium capacity.

For more information, you can refer to :
Yes, you can export unlimited** rows of data from Paginated Reports in Power BI – Christopher Finlan

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!
