Row level security not working

Hi,

I have implemented row level security in my report and assigned it to users, it was working till yesterday then I used "Analyze in Excel" option from Power BI service after this the users started telling me they could see all data.

When I check in Power BI Service, its throwing below error.

Can anyone tell me whats the workaround for this issue.

Thanks In Advance,

Neelofar Shama.

Hello Neelofar,

That looks to be the same message you get if your report did not have any RLS / Roles created at all.

Perhaps you might want to check whether the report still has RLS or has perhaps been overwritten.

Hi @Anonymous ,

It seems that your RLS has been removed from the dataset. You need to reconfigure it in Power BI desktop again.
