Row level security not working in App powerBI service

Hi

I have a problem with RLS with power BI report which was built using 'Import query' mode. 

0. User is addes as a member to the dataset.

1. Testing at dataset level working in power BI service.

2. But Free user accessing the report from app able to see entire company data.

3. After sharing the report with user it is sometime working and some times not.

4. User is not a member of worksapce report is located.

Is there anthing that I am missing.

1. Did you create RLS roles in the Desktop?

2. Did you assign the roles to users in the Service?

3. Is the App workspace located in a premium capacity?

4. Is the App workspace an Improved Workspace?

1. Did you create RLS roles in the Desktop? -Yes, we have only one role defined.

2. Did you assign the roles to users in the Service? Yes at dataset level.

3. Is the App workspace located in a premium capacity? Yes. User is not having any problems acess the reports.

4. Is the App workspace an Improved Workspace? Not sure what is it meant by Imporved workspace

Hi @snagaboina,

The Improved Workspace is the new version of App workspace. I would suggest you create a ticket here for such intermittent issues.
