Row level security - Access Denied - Users / AD Group already added to Security in the Service

Just to let you know that I do now.  It has taken some time for the users to come back to me.

I readded the users and republished the app, but it still did not work.

I am now going liaise with the report owner to go through the mapping to confirm the users again and ask to republish the report and come back.

Thanks for the update.Once you have reviewed the mapping with the report owner and republished any changes, please let us know the outcome.

If the issue still remains after that, share any findings from the RLS configuration review and we can look into it further.

    Hi KarenL7 ,
    Just following up on this thread. Were you able to check the RLS role mapping and test it after republishing?

    Please let us know if the users can access the report now. If the issue is still there, share any updates and we will be happy to look further.

      I am still waiting for the report to be republished with the updated mapping for RLS as the owner has been away and also I have been - it my be sometime before I come back - I will provide updates as soon as I am able to
