Row Level Security for customers not within Organisation

    ltendam you can only enable RLS for users within your organisation currently. i don't think there is an easy way to replicate RLS behaviour without actually using it. i would suggest you look at power bi templates option to create a report for one customer and then speed up duplicating those reports for other customers. i think thta would be your best option. check out this blog post on how to use templates in power bi desktop.
