Row Level Security doesn't work after data refresh

Hello, We have a report that uses RLS with multiple roles. After data is refreshed (manual or automatic), users cannot see any data. We then refresh data in Desktop and then publish to Service, and ...

    Thank you all for your comments. We have finally found what was going on.

    The data was refreshed, but we were getting empty values in the date column and that's why we couldn't see any data as it fails the relation with calendar dimension. The values coming from database were "datetime" and in Power BI, we changed the type to date in transformation. We removed this step and re-published the report to service, and bingo! I have no idea why the change in type would make all the values in the date column blank...
