Row Level Security - PBI Report Builder

I have developed a paginated report (.rdl) using a PowerBI dataset. The PowerBI dataset has RLS setup.   Is there a way to setup RLS for the paginated report as well?    I found this resource but...

Hi, Rewind 

According to your description, I think you can implement RLS for your dataset in the Dataset Properties window, like this:

    I don't seem to have those options when I right click.
