Row Level Security - FALSE() to restrict table data

Hello all,

I have tables like Accounts, Opportunities, Leads primarily.

I am working on a security model where few users are not supposed to see opportunities data but can see Accounts data. I have some logic built on row level security for Accounts as per business requirement and that works fine. However I added =FALSE() against Opportunities table hoping the user will not see opportunity data. But the users are still seeing the data in opportunity table.  More Info - Opportunities are related to Accounts.

Please help me with your thoughts.

Thanks

I got it working. the False() on a table worked and I think I tested incorrectly.

Hi @Anonymous

I would then suggest for your Roles you specify multiple conditions for each table to ensure that they only see the data that they need to see. Without specifying a filter for the other tables, it will show the data as you are currently experiencing.
