Row Level Security Doesnt Work for Some Users

Hi Everyone,

 

I created a new report by using RLS and Its working all users except me and some people.

When i check the report as someone in other departmant. Its working not problem. When it is opened, report is filtering automatically. But when i open the report. I can see all values on Dashbord. It must be rescrited for me too.

 

I' m Admin for the workspace maybe Because this reason i can see all values on it.

But we don't want

 

How we can fix it?

For example;

When i open the report i saw 980. But It must be 10 instead of 980

    Hi Anonymous ,

    Only users with a Viewer role in the Workspace can see RLS. Users with other roles (Admin, Member, Contributor) will bypass RLS i.e. they'll see everything. 

    The way to fix it would be to lower access role to Viewer. 

    But that wont really work for you since you will likely need elevated permissions if you are the one creating the report etc.
