Route Map not interacting with Matrix visual in Power BI Service

Hi all

1. I am using a Route Map and a Matrix visual on the same report page
2. Both visuals' data come from the same table
3. They interact by cross-filtering and have worked correctly for more than 8 months
4. This morning I clicked on the Route Map and now it's not filtering the Matrix table
5. I checked the pbix file I published and it's working perfectly fine on the Desktop app
6. The Matrix still filters the Route Map online, but not the other way around
7. I checked my visual interaction settings online and it's configured correctly

I duplicated the report page and changed the Route Map to a Table visual and the interactions worked both ways...

Any thoughts as to what might've caused this or how to fix this?

What's a Route map?  Is that a custom visual?  Have you talked to the developer?
