Roles Level Security
I have published my dashboard onto the workspace and assigned the required users to their respective RLS. Further down the track, I will need to make changes to the dashboard and once again I published to the workspace. All the assigned users previously have been overwritten and I will need to do the assignment again. Is there an easier way around this, ie bulk re-assignment / reinstatement of RLS?

Create O365 DL groups and assign RLS to the DL groups. Any additions/removals can be done to the DL groups and it will be automatically reflected at the Power BI end.
