Retrive default Usage metrics report
Hi , I have updated the default usage metrics report. is there a way to retrive the default usage metrics report. I tried deleting the report and generating the usage metrics report again but still ...
Thanks for all the responses. In my case i had to reach out to power bi admin team . they were able to delete and recreate the original usage metrics report.
Hi pkn7 If you want the default Usage Metrics report, you can delete the Usage Metrics Report semantic model.
In the workspace go the settings of any Semantic Model. Scroll down to the Usage Metrics Report semantic model. Click on the model. In the browser url you will noe see the GroupID and DatasetID.
Use the below Rest API to delete the semantic model
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/datasets/delete-dataset-in-group
No recreate the Usage Metrics Report.
