Retrieve Reports from a Personal Workspace
I need to retrieve the reports froma user's Personal Workspace. I have found no way to do this in the Admin Portal. I can see what's in the Workspace, but cannt access it or retrieve the pbix files...

You may submit the Idea to Power BI team regarding to Admin role capability.Ideas (powerbi.com)
Currently, you can only login with the user's account to get content in that personal workspace. If the account has been disabled and deleted, I am afraid you cannot recover it because the underlying SID is no longer available.
