Retrieve Reports from a Personal Workspace
I need to retrieve the reports froma user's Personal Workspace. I have found no way to do this in the Admin Portal. I can see what's in the Workspace, but cannt access it or retrieve the pbix files...

You can only download the pbix file from your personal workspace, you cannot access other users personal workspace in any circumstance. Let the use put the report in an app workspace, where pro license is required.

This doesn't help if the user is gone. An Administrator should always be able to access all cotent.
