Hi @Bhuwanreddy ,
Datamart retrieval is available until December 31, 2025.
After that date, Datamarts will no longer be retrievable from the Power BI service.
Until then, you can still reactivate and export your Datamarts if needed.
If you missed the earlier migration deadlines, you can raise a support ticket with Microsoft via the Power BI Service portal.
They’ll temporarily reactivate your Datamart, usually within a few hours, to give you access and allow migration.
If you still have Datamarts:
Request reactivation
Open a support ticket from within the Power BI Service:
Help → Support → Create a support ticket → Power BI Service → Datamart retrieval.
Microsoft will temporarily restore the Datamart.
Export or migrate your data
Once reactivated, connect via SQL endpoint and export the schema + data.
You can copy it into a Fabric Data Warehouse or Lakehouse.
Power Query Dataflows can be reused if you migrate them to Dataflows Gen2.
Re-create semantic models and reports
After moving your data, rebuild or rebind your Semantic Model to the new Fabric Data Warehouse.
You can use the same logic and measures, and even use Fabric’s Direct Lake mode for performance.
Validate permissions and refresh pipelines
Make sure roles, RLS, and scheduled refreshes are re-configured in Fabric.
Once verified, you can safely delete the legacy Datamart.
