Restricting Publisher Access to Reports/Semantic Models within a Power BI App
Hi ,
Power BI workspace roles (Admin, Member, Contributor, Viewer) apply to the entire workspace, not individual reports or semantic models.
This means: If a user is a Contributor or Member, they can edit and publish any content within the workspace. There's no native way to limit a publisher’s access to only certain reports or datasets inside the workspace.Please find below documentation for workspace access and roles.

Super UserHi. There is no native way to do that. The approach is to build a Power Bi App of Apps. That way you would build a Workspace and keep all the reports the publisher should see in there. Once you have all the workspaces and publishes for each workspace ready, then create a new workspace as the Power Bi App HOME. Build a nice UI inside a Report to redirect and open the other Apps. The Home workspace won't change unless you add a new app or workspace publisher. So it would require too much after you build a nice UI.
That's the only way I can think about.
