Restrict report page for users

Hai All need your help, 

I need your help in this,

Requirement is eg. I have ABC Dashboard it contains A,B,C reports pages(3 pages),I want to restrict these B,C pages to big community users but this B,C include A should see to 2 users 

How can I achieve this requirement
