Hi - we have just had an issue where someone renamed one of reports and it took some time to discover this was why the report had gone "missing". It seems that this doesn't show in the audit logs either. Is it possible to restrict access to this functionality, or if not how to remove edit rights from users once they have been granted?

End users should not have access to Workspaces even as Viewers(Role). End users should access reports and dashboards via Apps. It's better recommended to create App from the Prod Workspace and your audience to it.
For Members and Contributers you can create Workdspaces for Dev and Test, There they can do their analisys and contributions.

They have member or contributer access as are Data Analysts working in functional departments. In the data team we have modeled the data set and provided a core report, it is the core report which we would like to protect from editing.
