Restrict ability to export data within report for particular set of users
Does Power BI support the ability to restrict/grant access to export data for a particular user by application/report.
App A
User 1 cannot export from any report
User 2 can export from any report
App B
User 1 does not have access
User 2 cannot export data from

After research: It is not possible to set a single permission for a single user.
1. We can limit based on this report:
You can click on the 'Settings' option which is the gear icon against the said report name.
- Summarized data and data with current layout
- Summarized data, data with current layout and underlying data
- None
2. Restrictions based on Tenant:
Admin Portal – Tenant settings – Export to Excel.
- The entire organization
- Specific security groups
