Hi peeps,
I have created a report in PBI desktop, using the default resolution settings, and published it to the service. I have then added this report to a MS Teams chat group.
Visuals on the report display perfectly well in desktop and the service, but are "squashed" (very technical term!) in the Teams app.
Does anyone know what resolution Teams renders PBI reports, so I can avoid this?
Thanks
Chris
Hi @ChrisW764 ,
Based on the testing, the visualizations in the report display fine inside Teams.
You can try to adjust the page size in power bi.

Thanks @Anonymous .
The issue persists though.
In the PBI service this matrix is displayed as follows when "full screen" or "fit to page" are selected
An this is how it looks when displayed in the PBI Teams app with exactly the same settings
Scroll bar on the right. 😞
In other instances, it actually cuts the values off at the bottom of the visual...

Thanks @Anonymous but, although you seem to be able to test without issue, I still have the problem. I'm following the process described in that article already, and there's nothing in there about resolution and why the report is rendered differently.
Might just have to live with it sadly. 😞
