Request for Assistance with Power BI Gateway Connection

I am experiencing an issue with a shared gateway connection in Power BI. The gateway connection, which appears online on [manager’s name]'s account, is showing as offline in my account.

I have user acces for that connection

    Hello Pavan_123456789 

    Please check if you have the access for the gateway, you might have the access to the connection/data source but not the gateway itself.

    Hi Pavan_123456789 ,

    You can try the following troubleshooting steps.
    You can try to test the refresh using this gateway connection, if the refresh is successful it indicates that the gateway is online.
    Alternatively, you can check if the gateway is running on the computer or reboot the gateway.
    Check if other users using this gateway connection can use it for refreshing.
