Request Access - Access Granted Email

If a Request Access is granted shouldn't the user be sent a email by the Power BI Service telling them access has been granted, so they can go ahead rather than sitting and waiting?? and expecting a response

Seems a strange omission

    Hi Anonymous

If you want to access specified report or dashboard in Power BI Service ,the report or dashboard owner can share the link to you and then send a notification to your email .Like the screenshot .

If you want to access the workspace in Power BI Service, the access permission is granted , email notification is not supported. You can only confirm with your IT administrator or try to see if you can access.

Yes fully agree that an email notification should be sent to the requestor once access has been granted.
Not sure why this is not in place currently.
