Reports with Status Blocked

Hello guys,

 

I would like to know why my Reports that had embed codes are blocked?

I can't unlock them, today I published a new Report and it's ok.

 

 

when I copy the embed code and try to open the following error is displayed:

 

 

In Tenant Settings everything is fine.

 

Can anyone help me with this problem?

    Hi Anonymous 

    "Free user" subscription comes with limitations espacialy when the trial period is over.

      So I can’t create embed codes for my reports anymore?
      But I don't understand it, because today I published a new Report and it worked.

      Thanks for the feedback,

       

      The data are from the Court of Justice, which are made available to other courts.

       

      Another thing, that was passed to me, that account had its password expired, but as it is now managed by OFFICE 365, the Administrator of Officce 365 deleted the account, then and recovered the account, is that the problem?

       

      Will I be able to unlock these published reports? because if I publish another report the link of the enbeded code will change and we have already passed to several courts.

       

      Today I published the same report under another name and it worked, I don't know what I can be.

        Hi, Anonymous 

         

        It should be caused by these operations, but I'm afraid it's difficult to recover. Even if the original embed code is deleted and republish, it is still a different link. According to the method on the document, you can check whether the publish to web interface have a button for seeking support.
