Reports not getting refresh

Hi,

My schedule report refresh is not working. 

The report refresh time was 9:30 am and its 1:30PM and report is not refreshed yet and also i didn't got any refresh failure email.

Has the issue of refresh been resolved?
For the unsuccessful refresh caused by no error, the possible reason is that the set refresh time is in the peak period. The delay caused by the time from to to, may wish to change the refresh time of the report, and re-observe whether it is refreshed normally.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.

@v-haibl-msft The tenant is located at central india pune.
and the manuall refresh is also not wrking.
I found that some datasets whose refresh was scheduled between 12am to 6am is refreshing now at 2 pm. huge delay in refresh

"Power BI customers with tenants located in the Central India cluster may encounter delay in scheduled refreshes being executed. Engineers are investigating the issue and an update will be provided soon."

How about the result if you manually refresh the dataset?
