Reports loading slow for few users in Power BI service

Hi Power BI community,

I got a question from one of my clients on Power Bi Service performace.

For few users, the reports are loading very slow but for other users its working fine.

What could be the issue? Is it related to the computer performance issue or is it something issue with the Power BI reports?

Also let me know what are the technical requirements to run the power bi reports smoothly in Power Bi service.

Regards,

Krishna.

@Krish89 , this can have many reasons.

1. Browser/browser version

2. Internet speed

3. Latency on the location

4. Ask to check task manager, browser or some app taking too much of CPU or RAM

@Krish89 - That is a very difficult one to troubleshoot. It could be literally anything going on with network, their CPU usage, memory usage, etc. You just need a machine capable of running a web browser if viewing reports in the Service.
