Reports Vanished

Last mounth I made many reports with data from my institution and published them. I was even evaluating Power Bi Pro and the 60 day trial haven't expired yet, but today I was acessing my account and it's all vanished - my reports, my data, all gone. The reports are still published, as you can see here - http://proplan.ufpr.br/indicadores/ (click on the icons). But I can't see or edit any of them.
Any clue what could happened and how to fix it? Thanks.

Do you mean that when you open the report, there is no data in the visual?

if you try to clear browser cache or change another browser then try it again.

there is something wrong with power bi server in the last two days for some region, and had been fixed, please try it again.

No, I mean there is no report and no data. Like it was the first time I accessed my account.
