Hi All,
From couple of hours none of the reports are loading in power BI service though these reports were running fine before that. The reports are showing "Almost Done" message and not loading data at all. Does anybody know the reason for this? We are having a pro license & data is Stored in North Central US (Illinois) region. Does a capacity restart will help resolving this issue?

I check the support page but not found any issues on data region servers, can you please share more detail information to help us clarify this scenario?

In addition, what type of capacity are your contents hosted? (Pro or Premium) Did you work with the latest version gateway? If not, I'd like to suggest you update it and try again.
