Report with excel as data set - not able to refresh

Hello,

I created a report on PBI Desktop with an excel file on share point as the data set. This excel file contailns some macros. 

The first few times I opend the report, and clicked "refresh", and the report was presenting the updated data. Now when I click refresh, the data is not updated... More so, I published the report to PBI Service, and I cannot refresh the report from there either.

Did you configure credential for your report?

For excel located in on-premises SharePoint site, we need to use Windows authenticaion. For Excel located in SharePoint Online, we need to use OAuth2 authentication. And to access on-premises data source, gateway is required when refreshing dataset.
