Report with Power BI dataset as data source can't be refreshed online

I have set a Power BI dataset as the data source for a report ("DirectQuery in AS - Power BI dataset"). The report is working fine in desktop and can be refreshed, but I am not able to refresh the dataset using Power BI Online. I get the error message:

Something went wrong
Refresh failed because this semantic model requires a gateway. Please select a gateway from semantic model settings.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

If I then try to select my "Personal Gateway", I get this error message:

But I don't understand why it needs a gateway at all? And how could i fix this problem?

I got the similar issue. so serious... coz my whole report data unable to get upadte

Unfortunately not. I have changed the data source.

Ok good. I would also check to see if the data source has been added to the gateway and that you have set up the right user permissions. Here is additional information:

All tested, but i don't see, where could be a problem. Now i don't see anymore the visuals, but got:

"An error occurred in power bi premium backend services"

Maybe, because i do not have a Premium Account (but only Pro)?

 Have to tried to verify that your personal gateway is running?

Yes, the gateway is running and works fine with my other reports...
