Report who can access data update

I created report a few months back when the data can be viewed by everyone but now I don't want everyone in my organisation to view the report. So, I want to update who can access in manage permissions from "People within the organisation" to "Specific People".

Please help me out with the solution as I am not allowed to generate a new report link as it was being used by most of the users. even I have to share the report with other users from outside the organisation but not able to enter new users to the access part.

Hi @Anonymous 

I'm afraid you have to generate a new link with access to specific people and uncheck the option to "Allow receipients to share this report". So that even if they forward the link to any other user they will not be able to access the report.

Hello @BIDataRef , Thank you for your quick response.
But as per my requirement, I can't change the existing link but need to update this who can access thing to specific people so that I can add new users as well as I can restrict users in my organisation while viewing the report
