Hi all,
Usage metrics have stopped working for reports in one of our workspaces. Metrics are available until 19 Jan 2018 but nothing after that. I tried generating the stats today, and that didn't help. We have the featured switched on in Admin Portal.
Any ideas what's going on here?

Power BI team acknowledged this issue. There is notification on support page https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
10-2-2018 is the last update we have, also. So it has not been working for us, too.
My company is having the same issue. No new usage metrics since October 3, 2018. We have plenty of people including myself who have used these reports since that date.
Can you please provide an update and expected time to fix on this issue?

Was this resolved. My Usage stopped as from 1st October - 2018
Mine also stopped after 6th October
Currently experiencing the same issues. Many new reports are not showing up in for an Apps usage metrics, even though the reports are being accessed by many different users each day.
Usually some days it is delay,So wait till eve or try next day it should be there,
I also expirenced the delay some days.
@urspalani unfortunately this issue has remained for weeks, so this is not just a delay in the data coming through.
The issue is still occurring. I have a report that was uploaded to Power BI while the issue occured and the usage data is still blank.
I was notified that the issue was fixed as of 8th February but the data between 19th Jan and 7th Feb has not been backdated, so is still missing.

My report is missing all usage stats (even from yesterday). I've opened a ticket and I'll post back what they say.

Usage metrics for all our reports have not updated since 19th January 2018 - is anyone at MS looking into this? Usage metrics are vital for us as we develop our power bi service.
