Report usage metrics not updating

Hi all,   Usage metrics have stopped working for reports in one of our workspaces. Metrics are available until 19 Jan 2018 but nothing after that. I tried generating the stats today, and that didn'...

Currently experiencing the same issues. Many new reports are not showing up in for an Apps usage metrics, even though the reports are being accessed by many different users each day.

Usually some days it is delay,So wait till eve or try next day it should be there,

I also expirenced the delay some days.

    urspalani unfortunately this issue has remained for weeks, so this is not just a delay in the data coming through.
