Hi,
I have created a paginated report and want to send it(as a pdf) to users with no Power BI licence.
Is that possible ? with only a PPU trial license.
Kind regards, Martin

Hi @MartinTopX ,
For users who have a PPU license, it supports the function of sharing paging reports, but the PPU license is still based on the user's license. If the sharing object is a free user, sharing is not supported. The shared user must have the corresponding license.
If the problem is still not resolved, let me know immediately. Llooking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry

Hi Martin! PPU trial/ PPU can send reports to Pro holders. That is the max it can go upto! A cheat is to subscribe to yourself and set an auto forward to others. This may be automated using a Power Automate flow as well.
